REGISTRATION
Participants are eligible for early bird registration before September 02. For detailed information about the registration timeline visit Important Dates section.
REGISTRATION INFORMATION
All conference registrations include the following:
Participation in all sessions;
Conference materials;
Lunch and refreshment breaks (Monday to Wednesday);
Wednesday field-trip
Regular and Speakers registrations also include:
Welcome reception (evening of Sunday, October 08);
Poster Session & Social Reception on Monday, October 09.
Conference dinner (evening of Tuesday, October 10).
To apply for student registration, e-mail proof of student status (eg. ID card scan, transcript, current course schedule) to icaade2023@b-tu.de.
CANCELLATION POLICY: A full refund except a €40 administrative fee will be granted for cancellations received prior to September 30, 2023. Notice of cancellation must be received in writing. After October 01, 2023, no refunds will be issued. However, registration may be transferred to another attendee without penalty. Please email any cancellation or registration transfer requests to: icaade2023@b-tu.de
