Registration fees

Participants are eligible for early bird registration before July 22. For detailed information about the registration timeline visit Important Dates section.

ICAADE Social Events**
Welcome Reception €20 / 80 PLN
Dinner €55 / 230 PLN

* Does not include ICAADE Social Events.

** Tickets to these events may be purchased separately. Conference attendees may also bring guests to the social events with the purchase of tickets in advance.

REGISTRATION INFORMATION


All conference registrations include the following:

  • Participation in all sessions;

  • Conference materials;

  • Lunch and refreshment breaks (Monday to Wednesday);

  • Wednesday afternoon field trip.

Regular and Speakers/Moderators registrations also include:

  • Welcome reception (evening of Sunday, October 13);

  • Conference dinner (evening of Tuesday, October 15).

To apply for student registration, e-mail proof of student status (eg. ID card scan, transcript, current course schedule) to icaade2019@pw.edu.pl.


CANCELLATION POLICY: A full refund except a €40 administrative fee will be granted for cancellations received prior to August 13, 2019. Notice of cancellation must be received in writing. After August 14, 2019, no refunds will be issued. However, registration may be transferred to another attendee without penalty. Please email any cancellation or registration transfer requests to: icaade2019@pw.edu.pl.
